About Us
Meet the Founder Jessica
Jessica has worked within in the iGaming Industry for over 25 years in various operational and compliance roles.
She first started in iGaming working as a customer care agent for a sports book operator, going on to explore different roles within various departments. These roles have ranged from customer support, quality and training, fraud detection and prevention, compliance, anti-money laundering and safer gambling.
Jessica has led small and large teams covering multiple jurisdictions, mostly within UKGC, MGA, SGA and CGA regulations.
When starting to explore opportunities within her consultancy journey, it was very clear for Jessica that she wanted to concentrate on delivering the things she is most passionate about, Quality and Training and she stands by the phrase “Giving people knowledge is a powerful tool for success”.
Jessica wants to ensure whatever operational team she works with, feel confident both in the product knowledge, but mostly about the customers. Whether that’s how to interact with the customer on the other side of the call, chat, or email, but also how to detect when a customer is causing harm, either to themselves or to others and ultimately the business.
